this is different from other seedling kits because the gel medium is transparent so you can see the whole process from germination to plant. very cool in an old school mr. wizard kinda way.

These are aweosme- as a kid in elementary school we had to grow beans or something in glass containers and hope that our roots would show so we could document the process... this would be SO much more effective. :) I love things like this... definitely very cool.

It's that first grade bean growing project again... only SO MUCH BETTER!! Technology highlights nature to very cool effect in these planters. If I'd had one of these when I was six I might have had an easier time remembering what a cotlydon was in 8th. That's ok- these make me want to learn the parts of a plant all over again.
