One of my favorite movies of all time - this is the story of an innocent man's struggle to maintain dignity amid the brutality of a corrupt prison. You might be surprised that the story was written by Stephen King.

again, another brilliant movie without having something blow up. It gets heavy at times during some scenes when the leading man gets attacked by fellow inmates, and when they show a few of his friends die. But the feeling you get when he is standing in the rain finally free, priceless.

TIM robbins is so young and handsome in this GREAT movie. Robbins plays a banker in jail on a murder charge. He believe he was also nominated for an academy award. Extra points for Tim! (via amazon.com)

You really can't go wrong with this movie.....both actors are phenominal and everything else falls into place.

Possibly my favorite movie of all time. Definitely top 10. Two amazing actors, Tim Robbins and Morgan Freeman, who only appear in great films.

One of the few movies I'll watch over and over...
