Andrea's recommendation

As Tony Bourdain says, a sharp knife is a must. A ceramic knife doesn't get dull, and never requires sharpening - plus, it doesn't stain or rust. Thus, a ceramic knife is a must. Get me one! I will make you a steak tartare, so you can watch me use my new knife tableside.
