They are 6"x3" inflatable PODS that you set up as you want. I mean there are some STRANGE workout toys out there, but i have a thing for inflatables (i tend to bounce on a workout ball while working)... and could see pacing on various configurations of this while taking stressful or dreadfully boring calls. Yep, I am recommending yet another product for your balance. If you haven't noticed, I'm a freak about balance.

But, they improve more than just your balance. Motor skills, core strength, coordination, agility, and foot speed can all be enhanced depending on how you use these little pods.

If you use them with the flat side down it provides a more stable environment. When you think you're ready for the challenge, put them dome side down and see how you do.

Perfect for general fitness, sport specific training, rehabilitation and children's activities.
