  Spring is the perfect time to start (or re-start) a fitness program, whether you are a weekend warrior, a daily walker or a professional athlete. There's always room for improvement. Just ask rookie right fielder Mike Stanton, who, as an NRI (non-roster invitee) of the Florida Marlins, will have to work hard for the right to play with in the pro's this baseball season.
