I love Jelly Belly Beans! What's even better is that these suckers will energize you on those long runs. I prefer the Gels myself, but this is a good alternative. It might be good for you if you like the sweet taste of jellybeans, and shouldn't upset your stomach, at least I don't think.

I adore Jelly Belly sport beans. They're a great energy boost before or during a run or a frisbee tournament. The lemon-lime flavor tastes great and I don't feel overwhelmed the same way I do with gel products.

These actually taste pretty good. Each bag is 100 total calories, so they give you a little energy boost when you need it. And they contain electrolytes and vitamins C & E.
