BUILT NY makes these things (as they do all things, actually) out of Neoprene (naturally Lead free), a pretty good insulator. They work excellently for keeping food hot (if you've ever worn a wetsuit outside on a hot day, you'll understand) for up to 4 hours (or more, depending on the temperature outside). They also do a pretty good job of keeping cold stuff cold, but throw in a simple freezer-pak and you've got all-day temperature control.

The 'Gourmet Getaway' is BUILT's large size, and their most popular. They can hold a nice sandwich, 2 small bottled drinks, some cut up veggies - just as an example.

The greatest feature is their construction - since they're made from stretchy neoprene, they fold flat when not in use, and can expand mightily to accommodate viking-like feasts. The interior is khaki colored for good contrast, and everything seals shut with a durable zipper. If you spill stuff, you can give it a cold machine wash to get that fresh neoprene smell back (I know, I'm weird).
