Yes, this information is all available in the HEAVY Western Garden's book, but it's so clearly presented in Kitchen Garden that I find myself more inspired when using it than when getting carpal tunnel flipping through WG.

Maybe it's a classic case of eliminating overchoice: select information clearly presented sometimes works better than a compendium of everything under the sun.
