I'd like to introduce you to designer Tanesa Tarvin. Her awesome tees are being sold at LA's hottest boutique, Kitson! I love the Michael Jackson top - and this T-shirt is SO soft!

Tanesa is part of Better Bacon - an initiative that allows developmentally disabled people to express themselves through various creative outlets. And of course, having your fashion line in Kitson isn't a bad perk.

Each piece comes with a photo/bio and note from the designer. Tenesa drew Michael Jackson because he's her favorite singer. She knows he's been through a lot, but she hopes her designs will remind him of "how he used to be." Rock on, Tenesa.

Everyone has a different opinion on Michael Jackson. Some people will vouch in favor of his singing style, sense of style, and his innoncence. Other people... not so much. But I think there's one thing everyone can agree on: Michael Jackson looks great on a t-shirt. Especially when he's drawn by Better Bacon's own artist Tanesa Tarvin. Better Bacon is an organization that lets developmentally challenged artists express themselves through creative outlets. I love the company, I love the artist, I love the shirt, and I think I'm even starting to like Michael Jackson a little better.

Ah, a childhood drawing of Michael Jackson. Is it a sweet tribute or an incriminating picture. I guess it's up to our dark sense of humor to figure out. And I've always been a fan of shirts like that...granted, I wouldn't wear it everywhere, but in the right company, I think this shirt could be quite approp.
