The design department over at Kenmore has been paying attention. Its "unparalleled" HE4T washer/dryer technology has telling details. The washer takes care of 23 bath towels in one load while using up to 64 percent less energy and 69 percent less water than most other machines on the market. A girls' gotta have dreams and my dreams are made of these! It takes very little to make me happy, but front-loading washer & dryers would do the trick. For now, I use the communal coin-op one we have in the building - but I dream of better days! (via Jason)

Unfortunately, I have two old washer/dryer sets already, but I'm anxiously waiting for one to die, so I can use the other, and then wait for that to die, so I can get these! It's a torture to be waste-conscientious. (via lisaweinberger)
