When I was up last night until, like, 3am watching Tyra re-runs I saw this book. Lisa was one of Tyra's guests and she was cooking up some of these under 200 calorie meals. Some of them looked pretty good. I definitely want to pick up the book to see some other recipes and healthy cooking ideas.

I just saw this book at Barnes & Noble. I will be going back this weekend to purchase it. It's got some great recipes inside.
