Sara bengur's interiors always have a touch of the exotic, and perhaps John Robshaw's fabrics deserve some of the credit. Every yard of the cotton-linen and cotton-voile patterns in his current collection is hand-blocked and hand-printed in Jaipur, India. And whether they are paisley, stripe, or graphic, they always add flair and an air of unexpected lushness. Robshaw's patterns are obsolutely original but still play well w/others. Beautiful textiles block-printed by hand in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. I am proud to own a duvet cover and reversible coverlet (the back side is a striped fabric) from John Robshaw in shades of brown and blue. (via The Style Page: Block-printed textiles)
