We make our own dulce de leche in the restaurant. You need a heavy pan to slowly heat the cans of condensed milk.

Coolest thing ever for simmering a bouillabaisse. This pot works up a tender, perfect stew like nothing else I've used. Really heirloom quality cookware, if there is such a thing.

I have the same in blue and I use it all the time. Easy to clean, light and does practically everything and look good as a decoration on my stove. (via seantimberlake)

Great for soups and casseroles. I use this and the 2 quart saucepan and the skillet 90% of the time.

I like mine in red, please, but this pot is perfect for pretty much everything -- frying, braising, stewing, sauces, you name it.
