Soothing Folk Sound - That is what I would have called this. The Bright Eyes front man takes a moment to strip down and go a little more solo and share with us a little piece of his soul.

The Bright Eyes front man tries his luck on his own. With this self titled album, he attempts to segue his cult status among emo/indie kids from the Bright Eyes to, well, just him. It's really not that big of a surprise, considering he's notoriously known for is arrogance and basic lack or relevance for anything or any one. I'll put it like this, it sure isn't "I'm wide awake, it's morning." However, it's definitely worth a listen for any of those who enjoy the laid-back folky sound.
