Brewing a tea out of these tiny dried Chamomile flowers is a natural way to calm the stomach, nausea and even ease menstrual cramps and bloating. Add a tablespoon or so to a tea ball or diffuser, to make by the cup. Pour in hot water and let steep for five minutes. Sweeten to taste, or drink unsweetened.
