Finally someone has come up with a brilliant way to search for new homes online! When house shopping, I was so sick of bad photos or worse, those misleading fish-eye lens tours that make a closet look huge.
Watch My Listings is a site where you actually can see a good video walk through of homes on the market.

Now why doesn't every realtor do this??

Aside from the quality and accuracy of the videos, buyers can actually browse real estate listings without having to submit a bit of their personal (and private) information!

One of my biggest frustrations with finding a home was the difficulty that I had using the internet to scout out homes that I was interested in taking a closer look at. My Realtor sent me these links to the MLS system, where I found TINY gif images that were useless in determining if this was the home for me. As I'm sure most people today can understand, time is something that all of us never seem to have enough of. With watch my listings, I can easily navigate through the site and browse through the listings on my schedule and when I find a property that interests me, I can contact the Realtor directly to set up a viewing! I'd imagine that this makes the Realtor's job a lot easier because when an interested buyer contacts them, they know that they've already taken a good look at the property in not only photos, but a professionally shot video complete with Voice-Over!

Bravo watchmylistings.com! I think this one's a Real Winner! (via Laura Sweet)
