It just ain't Valentine without a little champagne and this luxurious champagne rose will make it the best V Day ever.
Rusty pink. Fresh strawberry and raspberry aromas, complicated by gentle honeysuckle and jasmine accents. The juicy red berry flavors are focused and round, showing an attractive creamy texture and impressive depth. The concentrated, long finish features a lush, vivid raspberry note. Serve this full-bodied Champagne with a roasted bird. -Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar Nov/Dec 06

Even though I am officially off the sauce, doesn't mean I can't recommend it to others, right? Champagne is one of those magical beverages that has somehow become acceptable to drink at all times of the day (especially the morning ... mmm mimosas) and it is also a beverage that equals celebration. This one is particularly great because its rose colored ... my favorite flower.

Now why would one exactly go off the sauce? LOL. I am a firm believer in champagne. It's always a celebration.
