I love this darn thing because it is so simple and a healthy way to roast a chicken for an entire family. It also is fool proof and has the exact same results every single time. One trick I will add that I discovered, when you are done coking and after you carve simply throw the rack into some soapy water and cleaning is a snap. If you let it sit like any other cooking item the remains will stick! Get ahead of it:) hope this helps..enjoy (via sharonboorstin)
