Since I've sworn off traditional disposable plates, I had to find an alternative that my kids won't break and that isn't made of plastic (which no doubt offgasses like crazy in the microwave). These are still disposable, but they are also compostable. They will decompose in 4-6 months. (via Green Your Decor)
