Stalwart of British cooking Gary Rhodes is famous for his intricate and often complex recipes. In Keeping it Simple however he has turned his skills to create some really easy recipes that despite their simplicity taste a lot more exciting that the short list of ingredients would suggest!

The book is divided into chapters of fish, seafood, poultry, pork, lamb, beef, vegetables, cheese and eggs, rice and pasta, and desserts so you can quickly find something to make with whatever you find in your fridge.
