hi! i just bought this item vista pavilion from smith and hawken and i have a missing parts. is ther anybody who knows where to buy the parts for this vista pavilion gazebo. called smith and hawken so many times and no luck to get a help from them, this company is so bad and they don't help customers anymore and they don't tell me their supplier, so i can order the missing parts. please help!!!
