This cast iron press helps cook and grill meat faster and with tastier results. Place the press over burgers, steaks, chicken, bacon (meat meat meat) and it presses juices and fats out of foods to cook it faster and help reduce shrinkage (that awful problem). Also works great to cook bacon fast and flat - you know how it gets all curly and confused sometimes.
