OK, if you've never seen a VitaMix demo then you are truly missing out! These machines are workhorses and can make anything from soups and smoothies to ice cream! I watched a demo that made a smoothie out of canteloupe, among other fruits, and she just put whole cantaloupe pieces, including the rind, in there, and it made smoothie out of it in a matter of seconds (watch your fingers, for sure!). The most powerful blender out there, a must for anyone who enjoys natural cooking.

Originally I thought spending any money on a blender was ridiculous, let alone a few hundo, but this is one investment that has truly made a return on my investment. I have made so many of the recipes that come with it as well as create some new ones on my own. The days I make my shakes or soups for that matter, I feel so much more energized. The time, savings and added benefits of high quality nutrients with the convenience of being able to blend and go. I should have become a rep for the Vita Mix as I've recommended to so many of my friends and family who all now have and love it as much as I do.
