This used to be called Dark Chocolate Truffle Hot Cocoa, but maybe the name was too complicated. Either way, it's REALLY good.

Ingredients are fairly simple: pure, dark Godiva chocolate, a little milk powder and that's basically it. The package recommends 4 'heaping' tablespoons for 1 cup, but I've found 2 to be sufficient. It even begs you to PLEASE use hot milk, never water.

The perfect 'cheer me up' drink. Enjoy!

this really may be the best cocoa I've ever had. And for the mocha lovers out there, adding a tablespoon or two to your coffee is divine....
