This workout combines familiar Pilates and Yoga moves and puts it into an aerobics workout. Since I hadn't worked out in awhile I followed Marni, who was doing the beginner poses, and that way didn't feel bad that I couldn't keep up with the advanced poses. But at the end of the 40 minutes I was sweating and feeling that sweet ache after a satisfying workout.
