Patemm Pads

A truly beautifully designed pad. Has pockets for just the changing neccesities. I am a little past this stage with my son, but I can see so many ways it would have been prefereable to that tiny pad that came with my diaper bag.
Although it is designed to be carried instead of a diaper bag I am guessing you can also put it into your diaper bag if you simply must hae both (that would be me).
Perfect for my little niece. :)

Don't have a lot of baggage? Wish I could say the same but the Patemm Pad is perfect for when a diaper bag is too much to handle. A large, round diaper changing pad with pockets to store diapers, wipes, creams and spare clothes. A must when you don't need to lug around a ton of bottles and other garbage. It's easy to fold and carry and generously sized. (via Urban Baby Runway)

The "perfect" ROUND diaper changing pad. We take it everywhere for our squirmy 2-year old son Jack!

If you are like me, the changing pads that come with diaper bags can be REALLY small. That is why I love this round design by Patemm Pads. This pad allows you to change your baby in any direction and it also makes a cool pad to lay your baby on to protect them from grass or wood floors. (via Momfinds)

I splurged on one of these changing pads when my son was born two years ago and I still love using it. It's also become my favorite shower gift, especially for a second child because chances are they don't already have it. The idea behind is that a round changing pad is harder for a child to squirm off of, but I like it because it's pretty and different, and those qualities aren't always easy to find in baby gear. Expensive, but worth the splurge if you'd like a little pick-me-up when you're changing 8 diapers a day.

Oh, if only something like this had been available when my kids were babies!! No need for a changing table if you have this. A changing table takes up too much room anyway.

This item is such a great idea! It's a round changing pad and it can be used in your home or for travel. It folds up nice and small and fits in a diaper bag. (via Mom's Favorite Stuff)

I would love to know where the heck I was when this little item was invented. HELLLLLLLLLLLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!! This is the coolest ever, it may look or appear that it just another changing pad, but you are oh so wrong. It has pockets, YES POCKETS to hold those used wipes and diapers. How many times have you changed your baby and not a waste basket was in sight??? Hallelujah to this product! (via Blogging Baby)
