  Who says you have to wait for a guy to gift you red roses on Valentine's day to feel loved? This BCBG Max Azria dress is all roses. (Check out that ruffled rose-like hem!) This strapless taffeta dress is beautiful, and I love the detailed rosette applique hemline and self tie sash. While it's made into a rather avant-garde bow in the photo, you can tie it however you please.
