I'm not one for working out, but if I could achieve results in 4 minutes each day? That I could make time for. There's only one small catch: the price tag for a ROM Range of Motion Cross Training machine is over $14,000. Perhaps as the buzz about ROM begins to spread, the price may drop, but until then it's best to hope that your very rich friend will buy one for themselves and let you on - for four minutes.
