I’m so glad I’ve discovered the Becca line! This was a perfect introduction for me to this brand and now this is one of go-to lip glosses (and yes I have A LOT of glosses). The shade is a golden brown that has some shimmer (but not glitter). The texture is soft and creamy but did not feel heavy on my lips. It also did a great job of moisturization which I love.
Although this may look like a common brown shade at first glance in the tube, it’s actually quite varied and unique, as it’s a gorgeous coppery brown with the addition of a very slight golden shimmer. It looks darker in the tube than on the lips. I used it alone and I also love it over milky brown lip liner for a delicious caramel/honey tinted mouth. This is also very sexy to pair with a smoky eye at night. This shade will work best up to a Garcelle Beauvais complexion, and if you have a more pigmented lip tone applying a brown lip liner will be necessary to really see all the tones of this gloss. R.K.
