Think NordicTrack ski machine, only you can move in a multi-directional fashion. Plus, you can use it when you walk or jog. It is great for targeting the glutes, thighs and core muscles. And you train your aerobic endurance & your balance/coordination at the same time. It comes with an instructional DVD.

It's cross country skiing without the snowy backdrop. It's a great workout. And it's quite possibly the only thing I want to see people doing on my drive home tonight.
