Sunkist gave away this little plastic tool a while back at a trade show. At the time I didn't think anything of it, but it's the coolest thing ever to keep pith from under your nails and peeling seconds.

I' ve tried most of the peelers pictured below and they are a total waste of money. This simple little plastic one shown above is far and away the best citrus peeler ever. Unfortunately, it's really hard to find. It infuriates me that places like Target and Bed, Bath, and Beyond don't carry this but insist on selling only inferior and more expensive peelers. If you find one of these for sale someplace (like a Pampered Chef party), buy several. Their only weakness is that they tend to snap in two after a couple of years of regular use.

I've had this product for as long as I can remember. (The late 80's early 90's) I love it!!!!!! I've recently had co-workers ask me about it. They love it too!

I love this cause it makes peeling a lot easier!
