This is a great DVD for anyone trying to lose weight and has a problem sticking to a workout regime....I recomend this because you see the people from the show first hand working out to get fit!!! I use it everyday and have already seen some improvement. I am 5 foot 7 and am now at 142 with a body index of 21. I'd say it's working great!!!
