We're so lazy that they're making exercise equipment you can carry with you everywhere in case you never make it to the gym. That is sad stuff. This thing is the size of a cell phone, but works like those gym work-out bands. You can proscratinate at your desk by doing chest, back, biceps and tricep exercises. Not a bad distraction, if you ask me. Only one little issue. I can't seem to find this in the U.S. Only in the U.K.
