  This hammock is a life saver. I have a bad back and I still like to go camping and hiking with my friends. All I have to do is put this between two trees and I am ready to go. I alway carry two 4ft. sections of rope to tie off between trees. The slap straps that you can get for the hammock work just as well. My back does not hurt one bit when I get up in the morning. I reccomend a Double Nest if you plan on using your sleeping bag. ENO makes a compressable pillow as well that I use and it fits perfectly in the hammock. If you don't have one you should get one. From hiking and camping to just hanging it on your front porch to watch the sun set.
