I love this piece of equipment. I am not a thin woman (175+) and I get a great workout. I really started working on it about two weeks ago and I can already see a change in the way my clothes fit. I do the program 3x a week and use an aerobics tape on the days that I don't use the barre.

My husband has noticed a difference too -- than just with aerobics.

I have the fluidity bar and I love it. I will have to say it's the first fitness equipment I've bought that I actually look forward to getting out of using! I feel so much better after I use it and after only 2 uses could feel a tighten in my thighs!! I'm still struggling with some of the ab work but it's been a while since I used my abs. It will come with time. I love this bar!!

I really love this barre. It has made me enjoy exercising again. Finally!

I live for this barre! I have been using it since last May and I have completely fallen for the movements. It fine tuned all my muscle groups in a matter of weeks.
