Fluidity makes working out fun! It stores away easily, and it's cheaper than a gym membership. I feel like I get a more intense workout with the Fluidity machine, I have isolated muscles I didn't even know were there.

fluidity = more lean muscle More muscle = higher metabolism higher metabolism = less working out after pizza binge plus, your focus and effort all go into getting the moves down correctly, that you tend to forget you've spent all that time working out!

I live for this barre! I have been using it since last May and I have completely fallen for the movements. It fine tuned all my muscle groups in a matter of weeks.

I have the fluidity bar and I love it. I will have to say it's the first fitness equipment I've bought that I actually look forward to getting out of using! I feel so much better after I use it and after only 2 uses could feel a tighten in my thighs!! I'm still struggling with some of the ab work but it's been a while since I used my abs. It will come with time. I love this bar!!

I love this piece of equipment. I am not a thin woman (175+) and I get a great workout. I really started working on it about two weeks ago and I can already see a change in the way my clothes fit. I do the program 3x a week and use an aerobics tape on the days that I don't use the barre. My husband has noticed a difference too -- than just with aerobics.
