I bought four of these cameras two Christmas' ago and gave to relatives ages 3 to 8. They took lots of pictures of feet, then learned to focus with the head or object in the MIDDLE of the picture. When they opened the present, they took pictures of everything in my sister's house. (Their pictures would be a great way to case her house for robbery) Photos can be uploaded to a computer for safekeeping and they can take more and more. we play games taking close-ups of stuff then letting me guess what it is.

Soo much better than my little one stealing y camera and hiding it. Great- tough- not super high quality prints but the little ones just want to look at the screen.

Can you say no expensive film and processing wasted? My boys love to be able to take their own pictures. This is simple to use - my 4 year old manages it without a problem. Picture quality isn't great - but the point of this is more so for the fun of taking kids taking pictures. And as the first poster said - this camera is RUGGED!
