Yes, as so many before me have already noted: this stuff is delicious.
It's nice and thick, and packs some heat with a tasty zing. Good stuff.
If you're not a big fan of the "hot" in hot sauce, you'll find the thickness of the sauce and handy squeeze bottle make this sauce friendly to use (meaning that you won't accidentally pour more hot sauce than you intended to). Beware-- there are imitators about with similar bottles, but the Sriracha is superior!

One of my favs. This very spicy sauce is good added to just about everything. Keeps a long time in the fridge...well not so long if you use it alot but a little goes a long way

First had this stuff in 2002 at a streetside barbecue in Hawaii. Fell in love with it. It has been a staple in my home ever since.
