Hot Cock Sauce! Get your mind outa the gutter, its just what me and my friends call it, being that it is VERY spicy and has a picture of a little rooster on it. I honestly love this on almost everything.

I was momentarily amazed by "hot cock sauce" until Fashion Kitty suggested to me that the title has real traction. And now I'm still kind of amazed. Way to have you hand on the pulse.

Affectionately dubbed "Asian Ketchup" by my group of friends, this hot sauce is quite versatile and delicious. It can be found in many Asian (and increasingly more mainstream) markets, and has a cult-like following of enthusiasts. Very spicy, very delicious!

Great to have on the counter.
Instant heat as well as flavor. Always keep an extra bottle since it's suprising how fast it goes. Good suggestion is to mix it with Tomato Sauce for Fries.

I don't know what I would do if this hot sauce wasn't in my life, so darn delicious and it goes with literally everything.

I'm not going to get into any best-hot-sauce-ever debates, but this sauce--which you get used to seeing and using only with Asian cuisines--is really quite versatile. It's somewhat orgasmic with cottage cheese, and it adds quite a nice touch to eggs, hamburger, and macaroni and cheese. Curiously or not: Made in Rosemead,CA, in greater Los Angeles!
