Sriracha is one of the high holy hot sauces of the world. Excellent balance of heat and flavor, and it comes in a handy squeeze-top bottle!

I love your comment. If I could just stick with one food forever it would be the asian cuisine.

Sriracha. Don't try to pronounce it. Who knows how to say "sriracha?" It's spicy. There's a picture of a rooster on the front. Just call it "hot cock." I put the hot cock on everything. Ev. Ree. Thing.

Sriracha Chili Sauce (aka Rooster Sauce) is the standard by which all other hot sauces are measured. Apparently this style of sauce was created in the town of Si Racha in Thailand, but who cares - this isn't Wikipedia. What you need to know about Sriracha is that it is a truly beautiful hot sauce - beautiful to look at, beautiful to squirt out of the bottle and beautiful to taste. I am hard pressed to think of any food that this sauce does not compliment. I think I would even put it on ice cream. If there is one condiment in your house that you must have it is Sriracha Sauce. Highly recommended on all Asian cuisines but perhaps best used on leftovers. Cold pizza with a drizzling of Sriracha is the equivalent of what life would feel like if we had never gone to war in Iraq - oops sorry this isn't the Huffington Post either. Just get the sauce.

little bit of vinegaryness - just the right amount of snacking heat in an easy squirt bottle - oh yes it is the best. Try it on eggs damn good!

Spicy and vinegar-ey yum! Great on everything from pita bread to eggs to ramen. Definitely a pantry staple.

I am a big fan of hot sauce and this one is my favorite! Spicy but not too spicy...and it has an all around great flava! I probably put it on way too many things. I should be ashamed.

If you eat Pho or anything similar, this is required in my mind. You should be sweating by the end of the meal and Sriracha, aka rooster sauce, does the trick.

I This is the best and most flavorful hot sauce around. And who can resist the picture of the rooster/cock on it. Oftentimes my friends will say "Can you please pass the Hot Cock Sauce?"... Deeelightful.

It gives everything (soups, pizza, sandwiches, noodle dishes, rice, etc.) a nice tangy "kick." A tip for first time users: Use sparingly, otherwise you won't taste anything but the sauce! You can buy it at most asian grocers or grocery stores that carry international foods.

While this chili sauce isn't the hottest I've ever had, it still delivers a spicy kick to all your foods. I suppose this would be the equivalent of adding a certain Red Hot sauce to your favourite foods without a highly concentrated vinegar taste.

Great to have on the counter. Instant heat as well as flavor. Always keep an extra bottle since it's suprising how fast it goes. Good suggestion is to mix it with Tomato Sauce for Fries.

Affectionately dubbed "Asian Ketchup" by my group of friends, this hot sauce is quite versatile and delicious. It can be found in many Asian (and increasingly more mainstream) markets, and has a cult-like following of enthusiasts. Very spicy, very delicious!

I hear they call this "hot cock sauce," which is pretty funny. It's also really tasty, and it's in so much that you don't even notice. Look for it at a sushi bar next time you go.

Yes, as so many before me have already noted: this stuff is delicious. It's nice and thick, and packs some heat with a tasty zing. Good stuff. If you're not a big fan of the "hot" in hot sauce, you'll find the thickness of the sauce and handy squeeze bottle make this sauce friendly to use (meaning that you won't accidentally pour more hot sauce than you intended to). Beware-- there are imitators about with similar bottles, but the Sriracha is superior!
