I am Vietnamese, and I will tell you, I can't live without a bottle of this in my fridge. I go through serious withdrawal when I am out and cannot find it at a nearby store. Luckily we have Chinatown in Oakland, where I can drive frantically to in order to find my sriracha hot sauce.

I use it mostly only for Pho, the vietnamese noodle soup. I also add it to dipping sauces for spring rolls or imperials rolls.

Spicy and vinegar-ey yum! Great on everything from pita bread to eggs to ramen. Definitely a pantry staple.
