I haven't used a mix since I was in high school - tooooo long ago to remember. But this Outrageous Brownie Mix from the Barefoot Contessa is absolutely, positively awesome. You have to check it out!

why would anyone buy her mixes for+-$9 when you can create equal and better baked good s for 70% less. t takes 5 extra minutes

I have made this recipe from scratch and it's fabulous. It has REAL CHOCOLATE! I can't wait though to make it using this mix. I'm sure if it's Ina's, it has to be wonderful. I'm a huge fan of her recipes because everything tastes so good.
