There's a cheese shop in my neighborhood that sells Vosges Haut-Chocolat's Woolloomooloo Exotic Candy Bar, and everytime I go in I fantasize about buying one, but I never feel like I've quite earned it. Roasted & salted macadamia nuts and Indonesian coconut and hemp seeds and dark chocolate, all swirled up together into some 3.4-ounce piece of heaven? I am totally unworthy.

Exotic and healthy ingredients swathed in rich chocolate, and a business that is focused on green practices. Sounds like heaven to me.
