This is the Can't WAIT! game of the year. Start standing in line now, or buy it preorder like most people started doing two years ago. The trilogy completed - more Master Chief, more online mayhem. Can't get any better and I have only seen clips of the Beta.

A little bit overrated in my opinion (ducks to avoid punch) but Halo 3 is must for everyone with an Xbox 360. Satisfying single player mode and an absolute blast to play online.

Halo 3 is the final chapter in the much loved series found on the old Xbox. It literally starts out right where Halo 2 had abruptly ended. I don't really want to say much without ruining the story.... Graphics wise the game is a stunner with a multitude of action happening on screen all at once. If you are not use to gaming, then Halo 3 maybe a bit much because the screen is filled with explosions, deadly foes, huge environments, and overall mayhem. Unfortunately everything comes to an end in a very short 6-10 hours. Thankfully the game is designed with a very well made multi-player gaming section. Multi-player sections in games are areas where many people (16-32 people) can connect via the internet to get together and play various games such as death match (one on one shoot outs - think old cowboy movies - ), capture the flag ( a game where a team of people defend a flag from an opposing team) , etc.... This is where the real meat of Halo 3 can be found, in it multi-player gaming.

One of the most anticipated titles for the Xbox 360 is hear, Halo 3 just improves on an amazing game. This version is high def ready and loaded with enhanced Artificial Intelligence for game realism.

Just awesome. I have spent more time playing this than I care to mention and I still love it. Playing Halo multiplayer on-line with my friends has replaced going for a beer for those that live over a few miles away. My tween boys spend a lot of time in "forge mode" creating new levels and otherwise modifying the game. That counts as a positive creative activity in my book.
