Pile up your day's papers (up to 50), receipts (10) and business cards (10), stick them all in the slot that fits their size and press scan. Grab coffee, return a few calls- in the meantime all your papers will have been OCR'd and sorted by category-- with all the important information extracted and ready to be ported to Microsoft Office or ACT! The list price on this is $499.95, but the seller I've linked to offers it for $399.95- don't know about shipping though!
Neat's products for business cards and receipts have gotten good reviews, so I'm hoping this one works just as well. It would make a great gift for my mother who buries herself in paper.
