Living on the East coast it's a challenge to find Mexican food that tastes as good as what I find in California- Thank God for Trader Joe's. I discovered their carne asada in the Union Square store and have since been back to purchase it again. I cook it up on a George Foreman grill and it's ready in about 15 minutes. It's perfectly seasoned and tender and makes tacos and burritos that beat any Mexican restaurant I've tried out here.
