My wine collection lives under the buffet in my dining room and its contents ebb and flow. Often it all fits in the rack I've got stashed down there, but occasionally it overruns the slots. These wine wedges would be perfect for those time when I've got more than will fit. (via Unclutterer)

The wine wedge has allowed me to take over 150 bottles of wine and then stack them up in a huge pile without them falling. Now I've been starting to play a game with my friends that I like to call "Wine Wedge Jenga" where we each take out a wine wedge. The person that loses is the one that takes out the last wedge that makes all the bottles come crashing down. It is really fun except that you should only play it with cheap bottles of wine and definitely not on carpet.

...It's wear how something so purely and completely obvious, is also so brilliant. This wedges allow you to stack up your wine, any time, any where.

Why didn't I think of that, indeed.....

From the site:
"Ridiculously simple yet practical beyond belief, this nifty little product is brimming with 'why-didn’t-I-think-of-that' factor, and is set to become a must-have item for anyone who puts bottles and cans in the fridge. And that means you!

As you can see, the concept behind the Wine Wedge is so basic it barely needs explaining. But for anyone who failed elementary physics, we will anyway. Basically this rubber wedge has been created to help stack bottles and cans in neat, space-saving formations, in either the fridge, cupboard or on any flat surface."

These cool new rubber Wine Wedges ($10) let you safely stack a pyramid of 6 wine bottles or 10 beer bottles on your countertop or fridge and stops them from rolling away. Simply lay down a wedge, then three wine bottles and then then the final wedge. Now finish stacking upwards. I like these not only for the sheer simplicity and space-saving design, but also because they are nearly invisible compared to those bulky wine racks. Great gift and solution for any wine lover. This is such a simple idea... small plastic wedges that allow you to organize those bottles of wine sitting on the counter, or the cans of soda in your fridge... immediate results. Great for small spaces. You can turn any surface (even the floor) into attractive and functional wine storage - and who couldn't use more of that. Plus, keeping the cans in the fridge corralled means no more cans rolling out every time you try to grab a cold one.
