I am still utterly perplexed as to why anyone on God's green earth has the desire to remain friends with an ex. Is the possibility of broken-up sex? Is it a codependency thing? Or can people really not stand "to lose someone completely from their lives" (as one godforsaken ex once told me upon breaking up) even though they can't stand to be around that person anymore and consequently broken his or her heart or vice versa? Whatever the reason, here's my opinion on being friends with exes. In addition to being a clever knife holder for the postmodern kitchen.

I own one of these, and I'd say it's pretty sweet. It's made of molded plastic and doesn't weigh as much as you'd think but it's still weighted at the base and looks impressively large. The knives are just ok. Anyways, that's all overshadowed by how cool it looks in my kitchen ;)

This is by far the #1 most favorite thing my condo - by everyone from the nieghbors to the electrician. Everyone LOVES this but no one more than me. Knives are actually pretty good - be sure to hand wash w/out acidic products for best care. You will love this too!
