Ya this thing gave nightmares to any child. The second it looked at you with those big lifeless eyes it had you. Teddy Ruxpin rest in peace you twisted talking bear. Who knows maybe if you played those tapes backwards you could summon the devil ha-ha.

Teddy!! You might have been frightened of him-- but that damn bear might have been my first friend... I broke my first one by trying to put food in his moving mouth... disaster.

I actually had one of these and loved scaring my younger sister with him! :P I loved pretending that he could eat my fingers while talking, but always hated that only Teddy Ruxpin tapes worked in this toy. Still... so much fun!
