I'm a fan of Davis by Ruthie Davis! Her shoes are fun, sexy and edgy. This bootie demands attention. Patent black leather and a hint of neon pink is absolutely FIERCE. I actually saw this shoe last February at a shoe convention in Las Vegas and also met Ruthie Davis herself. I had fun chatting with her. This bootie paired with a mini skirt or skinny jeans, now that's hot! (via Shopbop)
