I first saw these plates a year ago and have been lusting after them ever since. I have always liked the texture and look of sea glass. Combine that with the unusual shape and bold colors of these plates and it is irresistible.
I finally put in my order today.

Don't have it but certainly want it. I love sea glass - sifting through the sand to find beautiful pieces is something worth doing. It's always amazing to feel the soft glass in your hand, and know it was a jagged, sharp piece at one time. I actually have some in my house, but they lose some of their luster when dry.
Apparently these plates don't have that problem. Would make a pretty gift and an interesting conversation starter. (via LizBarker)

It's nice to be reminded that "recycled" and "butt ugly" don't have to belong in the same sentence. These plates are beautiful!!! And they are recycled! Hooray!!!

what I love about it is that it has smooth corner, the soft colors and the fact that it reminds me of the ocean. I agree this is a great gift for anyone that loves the ocean.
